We have designed our enrolment process in two steps to help protect families' personal information.
Start with basic information so the centre can contact you about availability, fees and the admission process. Please do not submit ID numbers, SASSA numbers or detailed medical information at this stage.
After the initial enquiry, Luvuyo Childcare Centre will provide the full admission process and appropriate secure forms for information such as:
Full name and surname, ID number, relationship to child, contact details, residential address and employment information.
Employment status, employer/company, occupation, work telephone and work address where required.
Whether the child receives a SASSA grant: Yes / No. If yes, the appropriate grant type and supporting information can be collected through the secure admission process.
Emergency contacts, child identification details, previous ECD/school information and other required admission details.
